Students involved in various activities organized by the KVS, such as sports (regional and national levels) and Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB), often experience academic setbacks due to their absence from school. Thus, certain measures are being taken by the Vidylaya as following:
- To help these students make up for their missed lessons, special classes are held after school hours.
- In addition to the special classes, students are provided with class notes in online mode, allowing them to keep up with their studies.
- Teachers play an active role in supporting these students by sharing academic materials and offering personalized assistance.
- The goal is to ensure that these students do not face difficulties in completing their syllabus on time despite their involvement in extracurricular activities.
